I recently purchased a 2000 Wellcraft Martinique 2600. Can anyone tell me where I can get a complete repair manual? I want to do some upgrades and I need to see the boat wiring diagram, plumbing layout etc.

You will have to get a Clymer or Selco repair Manuel for Merc. Or VPenta, which ever one you have for electric diagram. Fuse box is labeled and wire numbered under dash. Water lines blue cold ,red hot ran as needed. Whatever you do make sure it's fused and not load up a bunch of wires directly off battery
