New windlass on 24' W/A

Looking to put a windlass on my 24' w/a was wondering if the round metal mounting plate on the bow is rated strong enough for a windlass with a 700 lb pull or do I have to reinforce it.... thanks

I mounted a Lewmar 2 years ago and it has held up great
