Latch on instrument panel needs replaced

Latch on instrument panel needs replaced

Need to find replacement latch on the drop down door that covers the wiring harness located under the instrument panel. Also, what kind of latch is that called? I have a 1986 Nova 3.

I think it’s called “elbow catch”.
