Got a new boat.... AND the floor is rotted! What do i do?
I just got this boat and noticed the floor was a little soft in the back. So i started picking out the soft parts and of course it evolves into much more.
This is my first time diving into a boat project.
Check out this video, let me know what you see.
Is this a botched repair?
What do you see that I do not see?
What else do i need to be looking at so i don't have more problems down the road?
How would you repair this problem?
Thanks!
