2018 290 Coastal. How to repair a broken windshield wiper washer the little black thing that comes out underneath the

I am new to the Forum name is macarigman. I have a 2018 290 Coastal purchased it in Portland Oregon I live in Martinez California. Need some advice on a problem when they shrink wrap the boat for delivery. Starboard side windshield wiper washer little black thing that goes through the boat and comes out the other side is broke off. Have new part just how do I get to it and if I have a washer for the windshield where is the fluid go I would appreciate any help I can get on this matter thank you and happy boating. Macarigman
