I need to make a small gel coat repair in an area that is highly visible so I need a good color match. The base color is off white. My plan is to purchase a small container of white gel coat and hardener. Then add a little pigment to match the color.

My question is what color pigment should I add to get close to the off white color? Or does someone know the original paint code? I know the color will have faded, but I need to know approximately how much and what type of pigment I should be adding to the white gel coat.

I did an off white this weekend and base was white with a very small spec of yellow added. A little goes a long way. I had a kit that came with 5 colors maybe Evercoat brand?
