2006 Wellcraft coastal 290 (although I think most years will be the same)

Im looking to remove the oval trim that's almost like a flat armrest alongside the helm seat and passengers seat

It appears to be on hidden clips but i can't work out if it is push style plugs like automotive or if it's on like low profile hooks

Any help on how they remove would be greatly appreciated

I think on my 2600 it had some studs with nuts I could reach where my side storage cup holder are, but other than that the rest were push in plastic
