29 Coastal Bow Eye

I have a 2005, I recently bought a trailer and mine does not have a bow eye. It looks to be a flat backing area behind front mirror but the bow outside is still at a V. Can anyone give me any insight on installing one on the 29?

It came from the factory with a bow eye so someone took it off and refinished the area where it was. try and locate a spot on the inside of the bow, chances are they finished the outside but not the inside maybe there's a clue as to where it was and you can just redrill the holes
