Sportsman 220 Bilge Pump, drain plug, other parts availability

Hello, Does anyone have recommendations on swapping out the bilge pump on a 2007 Sportsman 220? Brand? Where to buy it? I work on my cars a little bit and I do the maintenance on my outboard, but I've never swapped out a bilge pump. I have not done my research yet, but I assume it's located in the stern in a really inconvenient location. Does anyone have a diagram of where the bilge pump is on a 2007 Sportsman 220? It's not near my fuel/water separator, and that's as far back in the boat as I can get. Do I have to remove my fishboxes to get to the bilge pump? For some reason, I have not been able to locate it.
Has anyone replaced their drain plug? I see GreatLakesSkipper listed as a good parts supplier, but I'm wondering where others shop?
Has anyone purchased/installed a taller stalk for the captain's seat. I generally sit on a pile of life jackets so I can see over the windshield.
Has anyone purchased new cushions/replacement cushions, especially for the lounger seat? What about fishbox hatches? I've done some fiberglass and gelcoat repairs on other parts of my boat, but I'd like to buy new fishbox hatches, and maybe replace the storage compartment hatch.
Regarding the lounger seat, the locking handles/adjustment handles broke off. From what I can tell, it's the equivalent of a 1/4-inch screw thread on T-handle. Where did you buy replacement handles?
