Livewell drop

I am curious has anyone had any issues with the livewell tub dropping? I went and looked the other day as I was buffing and waxing in prep for the upcoming boat season and noticed the insulation was broken and I could physically lift the tub up around 5". Is this covered by the warranty? If not how do you repair this?
