I need to replace my aft Bilge pump in my 87 St Tropez anyone know how thick the hull is at the center. I do not want to get screws that are to long. Want to have every thing I need on hand as the pump is located behind the generator and very hard to get to.

Do you currently have a bilge pump in place? If so perhaps you could reuse the existing screw for the new pump. If you can't or would rather one stainless ones, could you at the least use the older ones as a guide? If they're currently installed and haven't gone through the bottom of the hull they should theoretically work fine as a guide for the new screw's length. I understand that it would mean an additional step, but if it was my boat, I'd be concerned that the information you get wouldn't be 100% and/or applicable to my boat i.e. is the person providing me the information bilge pump in the exact same location as my bilge pump? Also it the fiberglass/resin the exact same thickness as my hull? I think any information you get would be a starting point, however if you're really concerned about screws being to long or over drilling, your best bet maybe to use the existing screws as a guide or maybe epoxy it in place. Just my nonessential thoughts.
