2002 Martinique 2600 Water Leaks/Anchor locker drain

I recently purchased an 02 Martinique 2600. I have water soaking the carpet in two locations. First I noticed the anchor locker is wet, as is the carpet in the carpet in the locker under the v-berth, then in the next storage compartment aft of that and continued to travel and with the monsoon rains we've had recently- water pooled up on the floor in front of the galley/head. The carpet and lockers on the sides of the boat did not appear soaked so I believe the water traveled from up forwards.
Second location is in the aft end of the aft berth. More water on the starboard side (1/2 way across the carpet) and far less on the port side.
My first observation was the pop-up cleats will drain into the forward anchor locker when it rains- and I cannot seem to find any drain in the anchor locker on this boat. Is there one?
There are mid-ship cleats on this boat (pop-ups) and that could match where the water is coming into the aft berth- but that is pure speculation.
The boat is on a lift out of the water, cockpit cover is in place, boat is level.
Any suggestions out there for a possible source?
Thanks!

Dosent anchor locker have drain in bottom ,like 1/2in drain hole coming out frt, have you ran mid bilge pump to get water out bottom of boat, or tip bow up to drain out transon, my aft was getting damp at rear , it was poor seam on bulkhead and aft floor in mtr compartment, popup cleats don't know about, unless they are not water tight?

I cant find a drain at the bottom of the locker. There is some mud at the bottom, ill clean that up- maybe there is a small hole that is blocked. But i cant see a hole from the outside. Midcabin bilge looked almost conpletely dry. Any details on sealing bulkhead between engine compartment and aft berth? I believe it could be seeping in from there- but cant figure out why there would be water in the engine compartment that could seep in. Pop up cleats are not sealed at all.
What steps did you take to stop the water?
