Some tough to find parts?

HI all, I'm new to the forum. I've previously owned a couple of Scarabs, so I'm familiar with the Wellcraft brand (though several owners of it). I just picked up a 1997 190CCF for my 11year old's birthday. Anyway, the boat is really clean for a 21 year old boat, especially for this salty South Florida environment, but I'm replacing all the through hull fittings, and some of the deck hardware, which leads me to my question.
I'm having a hell of a time finding a 3.5" diameter gas filler neck to replace the OEM one. It looks to be like an old Perko, though there's nothing stamped on it to determine what it really is. EVERYTHING I'm seeing online and at West Marine is 3", and I don't want a smaller flange that won't cover the deck properly. Has anyone had to hunt for a 3.5" filler neck? If so, can you point me in the right direction?
Also, I'm trying to find the decals to replace the old faded ones. I've looked on all the usual sites (ebay, amazon) and a couple others like discontinueddecals.com, etc, but have come up short. Does anyone know where they may be available? This model boat was built during the Genmar era of ownership.
Thanks in Advance.
Steve
