NMEA ADAPTERS FOR 1994 MERC O/B?

I've got 1994 mercury 225 XL saltwater outboards on my boat. Talked with the factory and the don't have anything that will allow them to communicate/interface via an NMEA 2000 connector. My OEM gauges are shot, and I'm upgrading the electronics (Radar, GPS, MFD, etc) so am wondering if there's any aftermarket connector adapter that would work? Thanks!
