Bonafide Barn Find

Postby Sardog1vi » Sat Aug 29, 2020 9:01 am

Just purchased a 76 Airslot. I Remember seeing one for the first time in 73-74 when I was about 8 in Puget Sound. I mistakenly thought it was a Whaler like Ranger Ricks’ boat on “Flipper” (which Was the coolest boat ever). My Dad promptly corrected me... The Airslot is a barn find stored since 99 (in a real barn) in beautiful shape. I can tell it was loved then forgotten in a time capsule. We’ll see if I can breathe some life back into her and get her back out onto the Chesapeake.
