Installing new rode and anchor chain in a Martinique 2600

Trying to install a new 1/2 rode and 1/4 chain into my Martinique never done this before can anyone tell me how its done?

install the rope in the locker and about 6 feet up thru the hauser pipe, splice a thimbal and attach chain and safety the pin,
