i everyone,
I recently bought a very nice Airslot Fisherman, 24' with a 350 chevy engine and an OMC outdrive. I'm looking for a manual and have had no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The boat is in great shape, great hull, strong engine, no problems that I can see except the skeg on the out-drive looks like 2" are missing. I can fix that.
I'm taking out the factory distributor and putting in an aftermarket Marine DUI distributor, new iridium plugs, and new plug wires to handle the higher voltage. i'm hoping this will improve the idle, starting, trolling, and cruising of the engine.
The only issue right now is that the electrical is old and the fuse panels are rusty. I'm replacing them today and tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to asking questions, making friends, and talking about the boats.
