I have a 2005 Coastal 252, located in Bronte Harbour (Toronto) on Lake Ontario. I would love to find a hard top for my boat as I bought it with a Bimini top. I've been looking around, but to no avail. If anyone has an idea where I can find one, please send me a line. Used or salvaged preferably. Love my Wellcraft!!!!!!

Hello from California. I just bought a used 1998 Wellcraft 21SL Excel Cuddy with a 5.0GL Volvo (GM) V8. I'm pretty new to boating, and this is the first boat I've owned. I love my boat so far. Still have some things to learn, and maybe I can share some things as I learn them. Thanks!

hello i just purchased a 1979 wellcraft 25.5 suncruiser with flybridge motor was just replaced before purchased problem i have is the netural switch is not hooked up the motor has a hei dist instead of points runs great but canot shift into reverse without shuting down the motor any help

I have a 1996 excel 19 with the 4.3L mercruiser, it runs excellent the problem I have is that the tab on the block where the starter motor mounts sheared off, has anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it? I managed to rig up some 1/4 threaded rod to help hold the starter but it is not a long term fix and it beds and grinds then. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, in new to boating and just picked up a 1989 scarab excel 21 with a blown up 350 mag engine. I just installed a remain 280hp marine engine and took her out for a test ride, after 5 hours of light driving I opened it up and got a shifty 32mph with 3 people in it at 4800 rpm (I had more throttle to go ) the engine let me go to 5300 but that's a no no anyway I then went back and realized it had a 14.25 17 pitch aluminum prop on it so I did some reading and put a 14.25 21 pitch aluminum prop and reran it topping out at 39 mph at 4400 wot scratching my head I checked out the upper drive only to realize it had a 1.98 ratio drive !!!!! Fml I found a used 1.50 ratio drive and tested again it wouldn't even plain out so I checked my carbon to insure i was getting wot and checked my ignition Timing and realized it needs more timing 5 min later its quickly up on plain and trimmed out i hit 48 at 4500 and trimmed it hits 50mph at 4600 rpm

My question ... I feel like I should get more mph out of this boat or can get more ?!?! Should I try stainless prop 21 pitch or should I try a 23 pitch ? Ive heard of people getting almost 60 mph with these boats ....

Anyone have an idea of what brand of gauges were used in the 1986 model year? Trying to replace the gauges in my 1986 Excalibur 42 and was wanting to go with the same manufacturer if I could. Or open to suggestions on the another type if someone has some experience on the same subject.

I have a 1996 wellcraft Martinque 3200. Whenever it rains water comes in thru the blower vents located on the side of the boat into the bilge.
i then end up with water sitting in the bilge because the pumps don't pump it dry.is there some type of product to prevent the rain from getting in thru the blower vents when the boat is not in use?

Hello, we just bought "our first" boat. It is a 1985 Wellcraft aft cabin and we can't find the gas tank or where to find the floating device telling us if we have a full tank or less etc. We are also looking for the poop tank. It will not suck it out like it should. Not sure where it is going to? Can someone help us?? THank you so much.
