Wellcraft 250 refurb

Postby sogood » Wed Aug 31, 2016 6:56 pm

I am in the process of refurbing my new to me Wellcraft and have sorted several minor glitches. I have also relined the cabin and replaced some old rotten plywood panels. At the moment I am concentrating on the electrics and have started by replacing the old under dash fuse board with a new version, utilising the more modern blade type fuses. I have also relocated the panel to the opposite side of the panel so now it's "indoors" inside the toilet/head.

As I go through the electrics, I am making wiring diagrams of what's what regarding each individual circuit, colour codes etc. etc. May be useful at some future date, but hopefully not needed! Anyway, as I accumulate more details, I will post them up here, as they may prove useful to others.

PS. It's a 1990 250 Sportsman with a Mercruiser 5.7.
