What is the correct behavior for the 3 position wiper switch on a Coastal 290? Mine does this:
Up position = Off
Middle position = sprays water but wipers don't move
Down position = sprays water and wipers move
Middle position behavior seems odd to me. One would think it would move the wipers with no water. If anyone has a functioning switch please advise. Thanks!

Mine doesn't spray water, so I'm no help. Mine is Off, Lo, Hi.
You might want to check the wiring and see where it leads.
