transom thru-hull drain surround

Hi,
I have a 1989 3300. I'm looking for replacement drain surrounds for the cockpit transom. 4"OD x 2.5" ID. I've had to replace theses a few times but cannot find them now ............any Ideas ?

Try great lakes skipper. They have a lot of old OEM or hard to source parts. Good luck.
