Just bought a 1986 scarab 1 that needs some resto, so I'm on here to get some thoughts and help maybe

Going through it now to make mechanical parts work. Motor, outdrive, pumps, blowers stuff like that, I know it has an issue on passenger side stringer where the motor mounts to it front lag is solid but rear one is stripped or got rot on tail of stringer the driver side is solid on both....so not sure about that,
