Hi,

as the subject says I'm looking for Wiring schematics for my boat. Does anyone know where I can find it? I have looked at Wellcraft.com with no luck...

Thanks,

Hi, thanks for answering! I don't know if it makes any difference for the wiring but I have a Volvo Penta 5.7 GI.. Previous owners has added equipment and changed some parts so the wiring is not easy to follow. For example I would like to have only the starter on one battery and the rest on the other 2 two "consumption" batteries, to be sure to always be able to start even if the other two batteries run empty during a night, but this is not the case now. On most of the wiring there are tags with number so a list of which wire goes to what would be helpful?
Thanks!

I have a select switch, when im in a slip without power on an overniter, I slip it to just one batt. So one is not ran down, but I dont use that much batt. If not running refig., you should have a select switch in bilge. Your autobilge should be wired direct even if your batt. Are on shut off. Good luck

On my boat all of the equip is hooked up to the six batteries currently installed I replaced the wiring by moving one and installing it's replacement one at a time. Now I am thinking of ripping it all out and starting from scratch and separating the load into three seperate batteries as follows engine and its accessories, electronics house load (refrigerator lights etc) I am having difficulties locating a. Diagra for the wiring So thought this might be my best option

Joethemaddog,Where do you have 6 batt. at?. seems like a lot of extra weight for 21 ft., seems like 2 would be enough, maybe get a batt. switch to switch batt. back and forth to keep a charge on one or the other or both when running. then just use 1 batt. at a time if your not running . batt. switch instructions will give you batt hook up dia.
