Horsepower

Recent purchase of a 1990 St. Tropez 3300 with 350 small block Crusaders. Insurance company wants to verify horsepower. Any help?

If they are original engines from 1990 and carburetors then that would be pre-Vortec. That would be 260 or 270 hp max.
