I was wondering what is the best new replacement engine for my 19ccf in the 150hp range

That is completely up to you but keep in mind that some of the newer engines will require you to get a new control and gauge package, also make sure you know the max HP or weight that your boat will hold. Everyone you talk to will tell you all about there favorite engine and will be more than willing to say which ones they think are bad, but the key is that the main engine manufacturers (Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Evinrude, you get my point)would not be in business if they were selling a bad or unreliable product
