well I got te controls off and the cables off. I have a new 704 controls ordered should be here this week. got new cable ready to install also,. and refurbished ss props ready TO pick up this week .
meantime today I installed 3 new gauges 2 tach and a speedo got on ebay all the way from Poland

Looking real nice, Mike.

I'll be working on my bilge pumps and a little of the wiring shortly. Will also be installing a fuel meter.

Planning to have pros work on the vacuflush which is currently sporting a frozen NAPA Auto Parts motor. haha.

had a lot of wiggle on my port motor in the steering tube so replaced it today :-D

Looks like a new boat inside, is your rope locker in frt of bulkhead,? I know you said something about a windlass, haven't been able to install my windlass, to cold up here on the north coast, to go out to old barn to work on it. might be a on going summer project, my bulkhead with opening mirror on my 2600 looks at least twice as wide as your board is, I don't think I would want locker any smaller to handle 150' rope, 15' chain to pile in? again it looks great. thanks all jim yes that is thew locker the windlass will be one ot my last projects probably after I get it on the lift not very deep here so I wont be using a lot of line

I got new helm seats and I reupholstered the side panel I didn't fasted them yet with wiring to do still behind them

worked on the dash panel today refinishing it and new switch labels now that there new gauges and controls
