How do you access the frehwater tank on a 3600 Martinique?

How do you access the frehwater tank on a 3600 Martinique?
Can someone please help? I'm now carrying 5 gal. water jugs for drinking, cooking, washing and pouring in the vacuflush and they're darn inconvenient.

I found one thing odd though. The tank is oriented so the suction is at the bow end of the tank. That just seems wrong to me so my winter project will be to turn the tank around so the suction is aft and while I'm at it I'm going to install an external type level sensor so I won't have to guess how much water is in the tank. I'll let you all know how that goes.
