2019 242 Fisherman Slow fueling

I have just purchased this boat and it will not fuel properly. Only will accept fuel very slowly. It appears to have a vapor recovery system mounted behind flip up rear seat. Any one else experiencing this issue?

Welcome Aboard, there have been other questions about that in the past on this sight, if I recall most where vent issues
