88 Bowrider General Questions

Hey All!

Just recently picked up an 88 190 classic Bowrider and just need to see if anyone has either a manual or can help with its startup procedure. Engine wont even crank and now I'm stumped. this boat was free and i am currently re-doing all the stringers and deck. any help is much appreciated!

Outboard or outdrive? Is the shifter for sure in neutral? Does it need a kill switch lanyard? Is the battery switch on?
