Gran Sport cabinet pulls

Trying to replace the cabinet pulls on my 88 34' Gran Sport, the center line bolt hole to bolt hole dimensions are different than standard kitchen cabinet pulls; does anyone have any suggestions or know where to get proper cabinet hardware?

Not Sure on the pulls, I have a 1989 gran sport 34 let me know if you have any other questions.
