View the latest post Coastal 252 Owners?

Recently acquired 2013 252 Coastal FRP Hardtop - interested in other owners out there with tips tricks upgrades likes dislikes and you nameits. First new boat first twin boat for me so just shaking her down in 5 foot swell with sharp white caps and 20 knot winds to see she's made of. So far a few leaks and a few quirks but love the boat and the layout and although a head sea is a rough road, made 22-23 MPH between Seattle and Blake Island with trim tabs up and down and then powered up to 40MPH down the home stretch through Colvos Passage along Vashon.

Trying to replace the cabinet pulls on my 88 34' Gran Sport, the center line bolt hole to bolt hole dimensions are different than standard kitchen cabinet pulls; does anyone have any suggestions or know where to get proper cabinet hardware?

I am owner of a Welcraft Costal 26, 1990. I'm actually in the carribean sea, and enjoy, fishing, diving and just lay down on the beach.

View the latest post Looking

Hi everyone,

I hope to be a 290 Coastal owner very soon. Looking at a low hour 2006 with twin 250hp Yamaha's on a triple axle trailer. We currently have a Meridian 381 Cruiser but I miss the fishing so we want to add to our fleet. We live on Vancouver Island and usually fish the West Coast when I have a fishing machine. Any feedback on the 290's would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Greg W.

View the latest post 2004 V21 Cuddy Owner

Hello Wellcraft People! I purchased my first new Wellcraft in 1986. The indestructible V20 Step-Lift. I had it 17 years until I upgraded to the 2004 V21 Cuddy. (basically an upgraded version of the Step-Lift). Unfortunately the V21 Cuddy (not to be confused with the V21 Step-lift of the 90's) was only made in the 03 - 04 model years. The 86 Step-Lift was a tank that brought me home several times in sloppy seas. And with it's 1986 Yamaha 220HP Special (Yamaha's top outboard for that year) the Step-lift approached 50 MPH on the flat bay. I remember the heyday of Wellcraft in the 80's at the NY Boat Show. The line up was extensive. From large luxurious cruisers to serious fishing boats, to the awesome Scarab both speedboat and fishing versions, to smaller runabouts. Although the brand has had several owners since then, and the model line is much more streamlined, I am still a fan of this brand, and love the Wellcraft V21 Cuddy I own today.

View the latest post New guy from France

Hello everybody !

First of all, as we are still in january, I wish to all of you a happy new year, with a lot of pleasure on your Wellcrafts... And of course, because it's the most important, a strong health.

So, my name is Guillaume and I'm from the south of France, on the Mediterranean sea shore.
I bought my Wellcraft on April 2013 and it is my first boat.
She's a Wellcraft 187 xl Eclipse from 1990. She is powered by V6 4.3l Vortec with an OMC Cobra stern drive.
I really like this boat, she looks really good to me, and it's a pleasure to drive her.

I don't know what to say... I'm waiting for your questions...

Regards, Guillaume

I've been looking at a 29 sb and the price is finally right for me. If both motors start tomorrow, I'll be the proud owner. Wish me luck! ;-)
