View the latest post Deck repair on a 160 Fisherman/Todd livewell

Hi all! Some of the screws that secure the Todd livewell/helm seat to the deck have worked loose and there needs to be some structural repairs done. the deck is sound but the holes are stripped. Wellcraft tells me that the deck is solid fiberglass (no wood! :captain2: ) and it appears the mounting screws went into the stringers as well, not much room to work, no under deck access. Just wondering if anyone here had any experience with this problem.
Thanks
Mike

View the latest post Just Hello!

Hi! I'm located in San Diego, and recently acquired a 2001 160 Fisherman. I thought my boating days were done 15 years ago when I gave up my slip on Harbor Island and sold the boat....ahh..but now the grand kids want to go fishing, so I bought a boat that an Old Guy and an 11 year old and a 6 year old can launch and recover. Just wanted to say Hi! Mike

View the latest post 24 WA Listing at rest

I have a 2004 24 WA that lists to starboard at rest and cruising. I got it when it was a year old and has always done it. The helm, batteries, head, wiring etc are mounted on this side while only the stove, fresh water holding tank, remote oil tank, and sink are on the port side.

Does any one else's 24 WA have the same list?

View the latest post Hi everyone, I'm John.

I came across this forum searching for Wellcraft owners on Twitter. I guess I should get straight to the important stuff nobody wants to hear me blab right? Anyway, I picked up a 1980 255 Suncruser back in 06 and have been involved in quite a project rebuilding her. The easiest way to explain it would be to say it was a total tear down due to being saturated and structurally unsound. I removed everything down to the inner hull and replaced the keel board, stringers, bulkheads and transom. Now I know everyone is most likely saying, oh god why on such an old boat? Well, I sort got attached to the style and it gives me the room for the family I was looking for. The price was right and yes, I was looking for a project. I'm actually painting the helm today after some wet sanding. There was so much work it would be difficult to write about it all in this post. I've brought it almost to completion and hopefully will be putting it in the water next summer. If anyone is interested in the build I'd be happy to share the experience. As you can imagine it's been quite a ride. Thanks and hopefully I can get and provide some useful info here.

View the latest post Eclipse-New Owner

Hello, I just purchased a 1996 Wellcraft 2400SC Eclipse. I need to purchase new blower vent covers - they are unique and I have not been able to locate any. Please advise. Also, can I purchase a parts manual and an owners manual?

Thank You,

Andy Smith
